Application
It is widely used in daily chemical industry, food, medicine and petroleum for filling various fluid industries. For example:liquids, shampoos, shower gels, edible oils, pesticides, fruit juices, honey, liquids that are not very viscous or other materials.
Working principle
The material will be pumped through the reciprocating piston filling machine under the action of the cylinder. The cylinder of the pumping stroke is adjusted by a signal valve to adjust the required filling volume to achieve precise filling results.
Function
The filling machine and additional functions are designed and manufactured by our factory and refer to the same foreign machine.
This machine is simple and easy to operate, error correction, adjustment, cleaning and maintenance.
With automatic conveying, automatic filling, no bottle no filling.
Positioning of jammed bottles, preventing dripping, lifting filling and other functions. Can be equipped with protective cover.
The material contact part adopts 304 stainless steel.
