KIS-900 rotary type honey spoon/cup filling sealing machine is suitable for packaging a wide range of liquid, paste, granulated and powdered products into pre-formed containers of various size and shapes.
The machine can be used in a variety of applications for the food industry, such as sour cream, yogurt, cheese, butter,guacamole,salsa, mayonnaise, margarine, hummus, dip, salad dressings, seasoning, soup, chocolate, jelly, honey, jam, ketchup,chili sauce,coffee, dry products, cosmetic cream and more.
Depending on the output required, the KIS-900 rotary cup filling and sealing machine is designed for one cup or two cups per time.
The filling units which can be combined different type fillers on a same machine.

Spoon drop function: automatically drop the spoon into the template.
Filling function: piston filling, filling head can be raised and lowered.
Material tank: heat preservation, heating, stirring.
Film sealing system: It is composed of film supply parts and suction nozzle parts. The film supply components mainly include film placement devices and control devices, and sucker components. It mainly consists of diaphragm holder, cylinder and steering valve.
Sealing system: Including heating constant temperature control components, temperature sensor, sealing device, heat sealing plate and heat sealing head, pneumatic sealing movement execution parts, equipment equipped with two heat sealing systems.
Upright cup delivery system (optional): consists of a cup top mechanism, a cup delivery mechanism, etc. Electrical control system: It is composed of control circuit, power supply circuit, electrical protection, safety emergency stop device, etc.
